The best way to use it is by an extraction process. Soak then Simmer in Kangen water(for the best results) for 5 minutes. 1-3 tsp ground Chaga per cup of water. Drink as a tea or use as a broth for your soup bases, etc. The grounds may be used twice.
Or soak in 9.5ph Kangen water (unheated) for 30 minutes, strain and use as a cold tea or in recipes.
Drink 2-3 cups per day as a therapeutic dose. May also be applied externally in the case of skin cancer once or twice a day as a compress.
You can also add ½ part Chaga to your favorite coffee blend when trying to reduce coffee intake. Or blend it with roasted Dandelion root and/or Chicory root for a rich, delicious beverage.
