Reiki
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being. Many have reported miraculous results. Reiki is not limited to location. Distance healing is an intricate part of the Reiki energy Practice.

Breathing
Breathing is the only physiological process that the body does without our attention. And we can directly influence our breathing rhythm with great effects to our physical, emotional, and spiritual energies. There are many practices in the world that use many different rhythms to achieve many different results. A few of the places we can see these are: meditation, Lamaze, martial arts, exercise, relaxation to mention a few.

In depth ~
Sam's path began in the 80's. In the early 80's, he practiced martial arts for a few years and through the meditations activated his crown and other chakras. This began his search for what this was all about. In the late 80's, he found a memory regression process that he was very good at and began working with people. In 1990, he moved to Santa Cruz and began his search for energy work. He found a Shin practitioner, a Chinese style of energy work. He became a Reiki master in 1993. Sam also took a class in 1994 on a style called Regenisis. In this class he met a lady who would expand his knowledge in energy work beyond anything he could imagine. Her name was Lois Collard, a magnificent healer. With her help he began to combine energy healing with Inner vision work. Sam now calls this practice 'The Chair'. He has been working with people the last several years creating special tools and bringing in old tools to enrich and enhance people’s lives. He has worked with other healers over the years. One such healer is Mary Margareht Rose who kept him grounded and connected to this beautiful work. Through her organization, Sam is an Ordained Minister. Sam has been an electronic technician for the last 30 years. In that time, he has been a satellite base station tech, A+ certified computer Tech, worked as a cell phone base station components assembler, & a Field Engineer for Thermal Reactors for making electronic chips. In his experience in electronics he would find from time to time that malfunctioning equipment had nothing wrong with it or all normal troubleshooting practices didn’t work and Sam would get quiet and know how to fix it. He found a lot of the time that he would know how something worked and how to fix it even when he had no experience. The mysteries of the universe invade all areas of life, it’s when we begin to recognize these mysteries that we begin to ask the questions that physicists and psychics have asked for centuries.
