- Bring to a very low simmer on the stove top for 20 minutes.
- Remove the needles and cinnamon stick.
- Pour into mugs, adding REAL maple syrup for high antioxidants, riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium and delicious flavor.
- Using a frother to combine it together while making frothy bubbles.
Wild tree tea, can be made with balsam fir, spruce tips and/or white pine needles, add a cinnamon stick and some really good water. Enjoy your cuppa for a before bedtime boost of vitamin C, aid for digestion and good hydration.
