When did you last just stop and do nothing?
No TV, no scrolling, no netflix, no electronic device, no chores, no checking off one more thing on the to do list (that never ending script), no making a meal or a drink, no yoga, no go for a walk, no making plans, no figuring something out, no judging yourself, no NOTHING?
Stopping to do no-thing? Really stop and take a moment of nothingness, how about 10 moments of nothingness?
Does that seem impossible?
The thought unimaginable?
If so, why? Is your mind insisting that you do something?
